Wine Tasting Card

If you are interested in visiting the wineries when you are here then we have a free tasting card (good for 2 tastings at each winery).  There are currently 8 Prince Edward County wineries participating.  All you need to do is let us know in the below form.  When you have finished your trip all you need to do is return the wine tasting card to us and have your name entered in a year end draw to receive a wine gift basket.
